The staff here are always available and helpful, the rooms are spotless and the bar is vibrant, plus the bed is extremely cozy with blackout curtains and a kettle in the room.

Having a kettle and thick blackout curtains in our neat room. The breakfast is more than adequate and nice with a cappuccino and the location is good. Every time we stay in Zwolle, like to stay here.

I really enjoyed the tidy and absolutely perfect rooms of the hotel. the staff were very nice and pleasant. the location was brilliant, just a short walk away from Watertoren. There were a shopping street and a market around the property.

had a fantastic stay in zwolle, and hanze hotel made it even better! perfect central location with a great view of the market square. friendly staff, comfortable beds, and the option to make coffee in the room. overall, a wonderful experience.
